MSI Motherboard piept dreimal und bootet nicht

Ich arbeite an einer Maschine, die nicht startet. Es piept nur dreimal und startet wiederholt neu, zeigt aber nichts auf dem Bildschirm an.

Ich öffnete den Koffer und fand das Modell des Motherboards ist MSI h61m-e23 (b3)

Das installierte Betriebssystem ist Windows 7, aber es erreicht es trotzdem nie - es zeigt nicht einmal den Detailbildschirm des Motherboards an.

Weiß jemand, was das Problem mit diesem PC ist?
