Mein Windows 10-Betriebssystem meldet eine Warnung im Windows Defender Security Center:

Mein Panda Free Antivirus hat jedoch keine Firewall und ich sehe keine Warnungen im Panda Frontend.

Es scheint ein Panda 18.0 problem mit einem Windows Update. Panda 18.4 behebt es: http://acs.pandasoftware.com/Panda/FREEAV/190612/FREEAV.exe
